IL PEGGIOR SOGGIORNO MAI FATTO All'arrivo i proprietari non sapevano una parola d'inglese. Avevamo la stanza al piano di sopra, una mansarda. Appena entrate la signora ci fa segno di aprire solo una finestra su tre per evitare che il giro d'aria faccia sbattere le finestre. Non essendoci nè il ventilatore nè il clima l'aria era irrespirabile e la temperatura troppo alta. Per questo motivo la sera decidiamo di spostare i due letti di un metro per avvicinarli alle finestre che abbiamo aperto e bloccato con le sedie per "eventuale vento" (inesistente in 5 giorni). Subito dopo entra nella nostra camera senza bussare il proprietario che con malo modo ci inveisce in croato e ci dice che il letto deve stare dove l'abbiamo trovato. Non avendo dormito, Il giorno dopo decidiamo di mettere le nostre brandine in terrazzo e di dormire lì. Ma neanche stese la proprietaria ci illumina dal basso con una torcia e viene su iniziando ad inveire dicendo che dovevamo dormire dentro e che dovevamo chiudere due delle tre finestre della stanza. Volevamo comprare un ventilatore ma sul regolamento della casa non potevamo acquistarne uno per non gravare sui consumi elettrici. In piu la pulizia dell'appartamento non era buona, in bagno appena arrivati abbiamo trovato una strisciata nel gabinetto e odore di fogna. Dopo 4 notti di insonnia finalemente è arrivata l'ora di tornarcene a casa nostra. Prima di andar via chiediamo la ricevuta del pagamento che abbiamo fatto in contanti il primo giorno ma dopo 15 minuti di attesa ci hanno fatto capire che andava bene così e non ci hanno consegnato niente. Tengo a precisare che eravamo due amiche in vacanza, entrambe freddolose.

Apartman ne posjeduje klimu ni bilo kakav drugi rashladni uređaj. Kuhinja minimalno opremljena bez kuhala, mikrovalne, đezve. Jako malo posuđa, dostupne samo male šalice i čaše. Kreveti tvrdi i neudobni, stari madraci sa oprugama. Spojeni kreveti sa rupom na sredini. U apartmanu nije bila dostupna pepeljara. Može se sjediti na vanjskoj terasi (balkonu) koja nema nikakvu zaštitu od sunca i pogleda susjeda. Bez osnovnih kuhinjskih potrepština (ulje, sol, šečer…) Ovo nije nikakav uvijet ali je nekakva kultura i uvijek je bilo dostupno kod drugih domaćina. Domaćica koja je bila iznimno neugodna i invazivna. Jedina pozitivna stvar u cjeloj priči je njen suprug koji je smirio gospođu i u dva navrata ju odveo s naših vrata. Naime, gospođa nam je u više navrata kucala na vrata i narušavala odmor te našu privatnost. Optuživala nas da dovodimo nepoznate ljude u apartman te da se ne držimo dogovora iako smo svi dali osobne iskaznice na uvid te je u bilo kojem trenutku mogla provjeriti tko se nalazi u smještaju. Moju majku optužuje da ju je vidjela sa suprugom koji je preminuo za Božić 2019. Zahtjevala je od nas da premjestimo automobil koji smeta svojim položajem ostalim gostima iako su svi gosti svoje automobile ostavljali u istom položaju kao i mi, što za njih nije bio problem. Domaćica iznimno neugodna te u više navrata odbija na razuman i racionalan način raspravljati te nam upučuje netočne navode i optužbe. Nadalje, u kupaonici se širio nesnosan smrad iz odvoda, izostaje adekvatna ventilacija. Ulazni hodnik nije prozračen te je jako zagušljivo. Pločice u kuhinji su popucale te nisu sanirane. Prozor u spavaćoj sobi je jako nisko i postoji mogućnost pada osobito za malu djecu! Isto tako, prozori su zaključani te se ne može otvoriti oba krila radi boljeg rashlađivanja tokom noći. Bez klima uređaja i komarnika bilo je jako vruće te puno komaraca, osa i stršljenova!! Isto tako apartman posjeduje TV koji ima samo austrijske/njemačke/talijanske programe te pornografske kanale koji nisu zaključani PIN-om! Bez hrvatskih programa i zemaljske antene! Nas se uznemiravalo dok su se u susjednom apartmanu u više navrata čuli krici, svađa i vrijeđanje. Tu vlasnici nisu ništa poduzeli već smo osobno bili primorani riješiti situaciju. Na upit možemo li dobiti dodatno wc papira, gospođa nas je odbila i uputila u lolalnu tegovinu koja radi od 07-15h te ima previsoke cijene. Sve u svemu, smještaj je OK no međutim gospođa je trajno pokvarila dojam. Ovim putem samo želim upozoriti potencijalne goste na sve što ih čeka jer je gospođa puna predrasuda i osuda za sve prethodne i buduće posjetitelje objekta. Ima očitih problema sa vidom što je dokazala prilikom otvaranja objekta po dolasku jer nije mogla pogoditi bravu bez naočala što je uvelike utjecalo na njenu sposobnost prosuđivanja a zatim i na sve daljnje netočne navode i optužbe. A housekeeper who was extremely unpleasant and invasive. The only positive thing in the whole story is her husband who calmed the lady down and took her away from our door on two occasions. Namely, the lady repeatedly knocked on our door and violated our vacation and our privacy. She accused us of bringing unknown people into the apartment and of not sticking to the agreement, even though we all gave our identity cards for inspection, and she could check who was in the accommodation at any time. She accuses my mother of seeing her with her husband who passed away on Christmas 2019. She asked us to move the car that was bothering the other guests with its position even though all the guests left their cars in the same position as us, which was not a problem for them. The housekeeper is extremely unpleasant and on several occasions refuses to discuss in a reasonable and rational way and sends us incorrect statements and accusations. Furthermore, an unbearable stench was spreading in the bathroom from the drain, there is no adequate ventilation. The entrance hall is not ventilated and it is very stuffy. The tiles in the kitchen are cracked and have not been repaired. The window in the bedroom is very low and there is a possibility of falling especially for small children! Likewise, the windows are locked and both sashes cannot be opened for better cooling during the night. Without air conditioning and mosquito nets, it was very hot and lots of mosquitoes, wasps and hornets!! Also, the apartment has a TV that only has Austrian/German/Italian programs and pornographic channels that are not PIN-locked! Without Croatian programs and terrestrial antenna! We were disturbed while screams, arguments and insults were repeatedly heard in the neighboring apartment. The owners didn't do anything about it, but we were personally forced to solve the situation. When we asked if we could get extra toilet paper, the lady refused and directed us to a lolal store that works from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the prices are too high. All in all, the accommodation is OK, but the lady permanently spoiled the impression. In this way, I just want to warn potential guests about everything that awaits them, because the lady is full of prejudices and judgments for all previous and future visitors of the facility. She has obvious vision problems, which she proved when opening the facility upon arrival because she could not hit the lock without glasses, which greatly affected her ability to judge and then all further incorrect statements and accusations.

Ubytování pěkné a čisté. Velmi milá paní domácí:). Určitě doporučuji. Pláže přímo v Soline pěkné na koupání s malými dětmi. Hezká místa v blízkém okolí na výlety (Dobrinj, Vrbnik, Šilo, Rudine apod.) V samotném Soline, je trošku horší dostupnost restaurací (musí se do sousedních obcí) a obchodu s potravinami (pouze mini krámek s podivnou otvírací dobou a jinak se musí do sousedních obcí) na pochozí vzdálenost s menšími dětmi, ale nic zásadního.
