L'appartamento è in una ottima posizione in località Bassina. La spiaggia è appena sotto, al massimo 15/20 gradini. L'appartamento non soddisfa pienamente per l'arredamento, i letti andrebbero sostituiti, i materassi hanno le molle che si sentono.
