Arivati a destinazione ci accoglie la signora con sigaretta in bocca, per la registrazione dei documenti ci ha chiesto 10 euro che non erano previsti da contratto, senza lasciare nessuna ricevuta fiscale..... Entrati in casa vistosamente agitati, ci siamo resi conto che le pulizie non erano state eseguite, presenza di capelli neri ricci, cenere di sigarette ovunque e un odore al quanto sgradevole. Cucina, mancava asciugacapelli, microonde, bollitore e macchina per il caffè però la lenzuola della camera da letto pulite. Noi essendo italiani abbiamo pagato, e terminata la settimana tornati a casa, ma la cosa che non ho capito è come fa una agenzia seria come la vostra offrire ai clienti appartamenti di questo tipo.

Avevamo visto le foto quindi Non avevamo grosse pretese, ma almeno la pulizia era d'obbligo. Purtroppo nn è stato così. Le uniche cose positive sono state le lenzuola pulite e il materasso comodo. Siamo rimasti Cmq nell'appartamento e fatte le pulizie necessarie x iniziare le vacanze.
